Call Indian Mobile Numbers without prefixing 0 or +91
This is one milestone cleared in the direction of implementing National Mobile Network Portability (MNP).
Until now it was needed that you prefix the mobile numbers with '0' or '+91' to call any mobile outside you own circle/network.
Now onwards you can call any mobile number in India directly by dialing 10 digit number.
Leading Telecom Operators like Vodafone, Airtel, Idea, Reliance, Tata, Aircel, Spice, Uninor, MTS, BSNL & MTNL need to work collectively to implement MNP across India.
COAI has conveyed that Full National Mobile Network Portability may arrive sometime around July-2015.
