Ringing Bell has decided to refund the money collected through online booking. 30000 people will be refunded the money by Wednesday. Owner of the Ringing Bell company Mr. Mohit Goel said Freedom 251 Mobile phone will be delivered to all who have booked it on COD (Cash On Delivery). 

April end onwards the Deliveries of Freedom 251 will begin on Cash On Delivery Basis. There are about 25 lakh bookings online that needs to be processed.
