Sir, I have purchased a used oneplus 3t mobile phone with 6gb ram and 64gb internal memory from my friend. I reset the mobile to factory settings, after restart it was asking for registered mail id. my friend tried and entered the corrected id but even after that its is not starting and getting some problem with the boot loader file. please advise how to solve this thanks

Bmobile I went to OnePlus service center at fort and they solved my problem. Now my phone is working fine. Thank you for advise.

Prakash ji I will suggest not to do more R&D which can damage your mobile, please you directly go to Oneplus service center nearby you and let them solve it for you. Thanks Bmobile

Yes sir, you are right he had installed lineageOS and overwrite the original OS provided by OnePlus. Sir now please advise what to do to solve this problem. Thanks Prakash

Dear Prakash, From your problem i can assume that may be your mobile phone's Factory Reset Protection (FRP) is corrupt, i think you ask your friend that may be he has installed third party software and overwrite the original OS provided by the company. Waiting for your reply.
